page 2688. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE                                                                               
BILL NO. 227(L&C) "An Act relating to municipal energy and                                                                      
resilience improvement assessment programs; relating to the planning                                                            
commission membership apportionment requirement for first and                                                                   
second class boroughs; and providing for an effective date" was
